Corporate Customer Experience Manager Appointed
Fyda Freightliner recently named Mark Vonderhuevel to the newly created corporate Customer Experience (CX) Manager position. This role is key to consolidate and optimize customer interactions to ensure a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints and during all stages of the customer’s journey with Fyda Freightliner. Mark will be the customer advocate to ensure complete customer satisfaction and help lead the Fyda group toward a “world class” customer experience.
Most recently, Mark was the Service Manager for the Columbus location for seven years, but he brings a total of 17 years of experience as a Service Manager in the Freightliner family. He worked in truck leasing for five years, owned & operated A.R.M.S. Inc. Fire & EMS equipment (pumper, ladder, rescue) repair & sales for 18 years, has been an ASE Certified Medium- and Heavy-Duty Master Technician since 1987 and a Truck Equipment Technician since 2012.
