On behalf of the entire Fyda Freightliner family, we want to thank you for your continued business and understanding during this time.

Our industry serves a very real and necessary function to the health of our nation. You keep America moving and are essential to our health both physically and economically. As a result, all seven of our dealerships located in Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania continue to be ready to service you.

As we work together to stay safe while supporting economic restart around the country, we have and will continue to closely follow federal and state guidelines. The following represents the most up-to-date procedures and information about doing business with Fyda Freightliner.
 
If you are symptomatic, or if you are an at-risk individual, please stay in your vehicle for assistance and advise our staff member of your situation When you arrive in the parking lot of any of our dealerships, please call and ask for the department you need – Parts, Service, Body Shop or Truck Sales.

 A member of our staff will come to your vehicle to deliver parts or write up your truck for service.
 
  • We will continue to deliver parts within our dealership areas free of charge and will deliver parts to parking lots/exterior areas.
  • We encourage you to call in your parts order, or to order parts online through your Pinnacle Truck Parts account.
  • If you would like to set up a Pinnacle Truck Parts account, you may request one from your Fyda parts sales representative.
  • A member of our staff will be able to discuss any need with you via telephone and will bring you into the dealership if necessary
  • If you come into our dealership without first calling in, please try to keep at least six (6) feet of distance between you and other people.
  • In Pennsylvania and Kentucky, please kindly wear a facial covering in our dealerships for optimal protection. We have them available for you. In Ohio, it is suggested that you wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated, but not mandatory.
 CUSTOMER AMENITIES
  • Our customer amenities including bathrooms, showers, laundry, and lounges remain open and available.
  • We do ask that, if at all possible, you return to your home, terminal, or hotel to wait for your truck to be serviced.
 
FYDA FREIGHTLINER IS HELPING TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE BY:
  • disinfecting high-contact areas regularly.
  • sanitizing every area of our dealerships on a weekly basis.
  • observing six (6) feet social distance between employees & customers whenever possible.
  • offering hand sanitizer in high-contact areas.
